These terms govern your use of Promptle (“the game”, “the service”), available at promptle.app. By playing Promptle or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you sign in with Google, you represent that you meet Google's minimum age requirements for your country. Promptle is not intended for children under 13.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Promptle for personal, non-commercial play. You may share your results (including the color-grid emoji output) on social media — that's the whole point.

If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for the security of your Google account. We don't store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, email us immediately.
You can request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
Puzzles, images, branding, and site content are owned by Promptle and provided for your personal enjoyment. Puzzle images are generated using AI image models from third-party providers; we review each image before publishing. You may share screenshots and results for non-commercial purposes.
We do our best to keep the game running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Daily puzzles refresh at a fixed daily rollover time; delays or outages may occasionally shift this.
Promptle is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of Promptle is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptle and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify signed-in users by email. Continuing to use Promptle after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
